PAYMENT TYPES ACCEPTED:

All Debit Card or Credit Card Types.

Please ask about different payment options if needed.

 

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS:

 

Deposits are ONLY accepted for projects over $100

(50% non-refundable deposit due before or on project’s start date)

The remaining balance must be sent after final project draft is finalized.

Once final payment is acquired water mark will then be removed, and final project will be sent.

PROJECTS UNDER $100:

​

Full payment is due before or on the project’s start date before the project has been started.  

​

 CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS:

​

Once the project has been started ALL payments become NON-REFUNDABLE. 

​

Once you approve your design there are absolutely NO REFUNDS/FREE REVISIONS.

​

You have 7 days after project approval to request revisions at a DISCOUNTED PRICE.

After 7 days all revisions will be full price.

 

REVISIONS:

 

Each project has a total of TWO free revisions. 

Additional revisions can be made for a specified rate and will be quoted based on the project size. Revisions that change the initial project design discussed will have a bigger fee. 

Digital Belief LLC will be the only entity to deem whether the project revision is changing the initial design discussed.

If complete or 50% revision is requested please add 1-3 business days to your project turnaround time.

 

CLIENT’S DUTIES:

​

Clients MUST send all information needed for project by specified date that will be provided in their quote.

Failure to send this information by the specified date will result in a project cancellation with no refund.

​

Failure to communicate about needing an extension or going more than 7 consecutive business days without needed communication will result in project cancellation. If client would like to resume project there will be a $45 rescheduling fee.

 WEBSITES:

​

All website content must be sent by client via email, or cloud-based service BEFORE website design is started. Once website design is started any additional content that was forgotten by client and sent after the first initial email will be an additional fee. Please make sure to include all of your content in your first email, and don’t be afraid to ask me if you are missing anything BEFORE you press send.

Separate email for Pictures/Videos is okay.

Separate emails for separate tabs is okay.

WEBSITE APPROVAL PROCESS:

​

Once Digital Belief LLC has all of the client’s website content the client’s website will be created. Once the website is fully designed the client will be asked to preview the site and make a list of elements, fonts, colors, pictures, placement of content, etc that they would like changed (if any). 

 Please refer to “REVISIONS” section of policy. 

 

PORTFOLIO:

Digital Belief has the right to post ANY AND ALL projects to our portfolio at ANY TIME. Unless Client and Digital Belief LLC agree to set a further date when project can be posted to the public.
